Barrel & Stone, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide,

RETURN POLICY

1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is
not right, we are here to help. This Return Policy explains how
returns, exchanges, and refunds work for products purchased through
our websites, including barrel-and-stone.com and bourbonados.com.
2. Return Window
You have 180 days from the date of delivery
to initiate a return for most products. If 180 days have passed since
your delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or
refund.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition
you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation
email, receipt, or order number)
3.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the
customer • Custom or personalized items (unless
they arrive damaged or
defective) • Gift cards •Items marked as final sale at

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong
product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at
support@barrel-and-stone.com. Please include your order number and a
photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem
promptly, which may include sending a replacement at no additional
cost or issuing a full refund including return shipping.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us by email at support@barrel-and-stone.com with your order
number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm your return eligibility and provide you with a
return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and
ship it to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
of the approval or rejection of your return.
Important:
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns
sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
6. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend
using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will
receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Exception: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong
product due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping
or provide a prepaid return label.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you may choose to receive your refund as:
• A refund to
your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), or • Store credit for future purchases on our websites
Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 5
to 10 business days.

8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or

our best to accommodate exchanges based on product availability. If
the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund
the difference accordingly.
9. T-Shirts and Apparel
Our T-shirts and apparel are produced through our print-on-demand
partner, Printify, and may ship separately from other products. The
same return window and eligibility requirements apply. If you receive
a T-shirt with a printing defect, incorrect design, or wrong size due
to a fulfillment error, please contact us with a photo and we will
send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Because these items are printed to order, please double-check your
size selection before placing your order. Slight variations in color
between what you see on screen and the actual printed product are
normal due to differences in monitors and printing processes. These
variations are not considered defects.
10. Wooden Whiskey Cups, Drinkware, and Other Physical Products
All physical products, including wooden whiskey cups and other
drinkware or accessories, should be inspected upon delivery. If an
item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or a manufacturing
issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the
issue (including the packaging, if relevant). We will arrange a
replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
For returns that are not related to damage or defects (for example,
you changed your mind), the item must be unused and returned in its
original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping
costs.
Please note that wooden products are made from natural materials and
may have slight variations in grain, color, and texture. These
characteristics are part of the natural beauty of the product and are
not considered defects.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the expected processing time:

12. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible
at support@barrel-and-stone.com. If the order has not yet been shipped
or sent to our fulfillment partner for production, we will cancel it
and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped or entered
production, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the
standard return process.
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes
will be posted on our websites with an updated "Last Updated" date.
The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that
order.
